Cloud storage
Report data (JSON, users, locks) lives in Neon — same pattern as BASIS. Large images and attachments are not stored on the server: use Google Drive when connected, otherwise a local or LAN folder below.

Without Google Drive, images and attachments are stored under this folder (desktop or LAN path you configure). In cloud mode, Neon still holds report JSON; this folder is for file bytes and local caches.
